As the Associate Director for Development, Noelle manages donor support from foundations and governments. She came to IWHC from Helen Keller International where she served as the Officer for Corporate and Foundation Relations and built relationships with a diverse group of corporate and foundation allies. Prior to joining HKI in 2014, Noelle worked on the development team at the Global Fund for Women and, before leaping into the international NGO sphere, she also spent time working for Ms. magazine and the Feminist Majority Foundation.
Noelle is a passionate advocate for human rights and social justice. She believes in the power of communities, especially communities of women, to identify and solve systemic problems. She has a background in fundraising, international development, women’s health, human rights, research and evaluation, and nonprofit management and strategy. Noelle has a Bachelor’s in English from the University of Michigan and a Master’s of Public Administration from New York University. Noelle is an avid writer, reader, and hiker, and she lives in Brooklyn, New York with her spouse.
