New Report Shows Harmful Impact of Global Gag Rule

 

President Trump's expanded Global Gag Rule, announced during his first week in office, is harming the most vulnerable populations, threatens progress towards integrated health systems, and is causing long-lasting damage to civil society. The International Women’s Health Coalition (IWHC) is documenting the effects of the Policy's restrictions on civil society, the political climate, and women and girls, alongside grantee partners in Kenya, Nigeria, and South Africa.
