Lindsey joined IWHC in October 2013 as a Program Assistant and provides support to the President as well as Board members, major donors, partners, and colleagues. Prior to joining IWHC, Lindsey worked in Washington, DC, with the Population Reference Bureau, where she was responsible for assisting the President/CEO, managing Board events, and supporting PRB’s non-communicable diseases and youth risk behavior policy brief and data sheet activities.
In addition, Lindsey completed a six-month global health practicum in the U.S. Agency for International Development’s Africa Bureau and has conducted research in Tanzania on income generation for women living with HIV.
Lindsey has a B.A. in International Studies from the American University and a Master’s in Public Health with a focus in global health communication from The George Washington University.
