As the Program Officer for International Partnerships, Frederica brings more than a decade of international policy and program experience to IWHC. From 1998 to 2007, she worked as Program Assistant and Assistant Program Officer for Africa, working primarily with IWHC’s colleagues in Cameroon.
Prior to rejoining the Coalition in 2010, Frederica served as a consultant for various organizations including the American Jewish World Service and the Timoun Lakay Foundation for the Children of Haiti, where she is a board member. Her experience includes serving as a research consultant with the United Nations Volunteers in Geneva, where she evaluated HIV/AIDS programs, and a position with the U.S. Fund for UNICEF coordinating public relations and special events.
Frederica has an M.A. in international policy studies from the Monterey Institute for International Studies. She speaks French, Haitian Creole, and some Spanish.
