Expanding Access to Contraceptives – Reversing the Ban on MSI

capcritlogo150A Bush Administration policy to block Marie Stopes International (MSI), one of the world’s leading family planning organizations from being able to provide US-funded contraceptives in six African countries was reversed by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). In some of these countries, MSI delivers nearly a third of all family planning services nationally and often reaches underserved rural areas.
